What QuickBooks plans are supported?
We support QuickBooks Online Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. QuickBooks Desktop is not currently supported.
How often does data sync?
Client and company data syncs in real-time when created or updated. Invoice data syncs every hour, with a full reconciliation daily.
Can I disconnect QuickBooks?
Yes, you can disconnect at any time from Settings > Integrations. Your existing data remains in both systems; only the sync stops.
What happens if sync fails?
If a sync fails, we retry automatically. You'll see a notification if manual intervention is needed. Your data is never lost.
